Orders, Shipping & Returns

When can I expect my order?

When you place an order with us, it will be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours on business days. If you choose HeltHjem, delivery usually takes between 1–5 business days. If you choose Instabox or Porterbuddy, you may receive your items the same day or the following day. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays.

Why was my order cancelled?

We’re very sorry that your order has been cancelled! This usually happens when an item sells out before the system has time to update. If this occurs, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation, and your payment will be refunded immediately. The refunded amount should appear in your account within 1–5 business days.

When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Klarna will refund your payment as soon as we have received and processed your return at our warehouse. This may take up to 14 business days after we receive your returned package. Once the return has been processed, it takes 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays.

Can I return my order?

Yes, of course! All items can be returned within 14 days after you receive your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition for us to approve the return. Send us an email at info@moverethelabel.com and we’ll send you a return link.

Can I change the products in my order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make changes to an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return the items within 14 days for a refund, and place a new order for the products you want instead.

Complaints

I received a damaged item — what do I do?

If you have received a product that was damaged during shipping, please email us at info@moverethelabel.com. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include all necessary information to help us understand the situation. Please also attach photos of the damage.

Where can I submit a complaint about a product?

First of all, we’re sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with your product. Please contact us at info@moverethelabel.com, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Try to explain the issue as clearly as you can, and feel free to include photos.

Again, we’re truly sorry you’re not happy, and we will do everything we can to find a good solution.
