Refund policy

If you regret your purchase from Movere, you can return your items to us. Send us an email at info@moverethelabel.com and you will receive a return link for your order. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The item must be unused and in its original condition for the return to be approved.

Returns to the online store and refunds
If you return items to our online store, the refund will be issued to the card you used for payment, or to your bank account if you chose invoice payment.

If you paid with a Klarna invoice, Klarna will contact you regarding the refund details. This will happen after Movere has received the returned item from you.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after Movere has received the return.

Exchanges
You can exchange size and color free of charge. Send us an email at info@moverethelabel.com and we will assist you further. Please note that all products to be exchanged must be in their original condition.

Claims
If you experience an issue with your item, you must submit a claim as soon as you discover the defect. The right to claim applies to production defects, not normal wear and tear. The right to claim is valid for two years.

Contact customer service at info@moverethelabel.com if you wish to submit a claim, and we will assist you. Please include a photo of the defect.

Right of Withdrawal
According to the Right of Withdrawal Act, you may cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your item.
