Shipping policy
When you place an order with us, your items will be packed and shipped within 24 hours on regular business days. Below are our shipping and delivery options:
Instabox – Parcel Locker
With Instabox, you can usually choose between different parcel lockers near you. In some cases, your package can be delivered the same day if you place your order before 11:00 AM and are located in the Oslo area. If you order after 11:00 AM, your package will be delivered the next day.
When selecting Instabox as your shipping method, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link and a PIN code once your package is ready for pickup. You can collect your package at your convenience using the PIN code sent to you.
Helthjem – Pickup Point Delivery
Delivery with Helthjem to a pickup location usually takes 1–3 days, depending on where you live in Norway. The package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point or store affiliated with Helthjem.
When choosing Helthjem as your shipping option, you will receive a tracking link and a pickup code via SMS.
Porterbuddy – Express Home Delivery
Porterbuddy is perfect if you want to receive your order as quickly as possible and are available to receive it at home. Your package will be delivered to your door the same day or the next day if your order is placed before 1:00 PM.
Available delivery days and time slots depend on your location and the time of your order.
